VSH XPress FullFlow Stainless ball valve (press x union)

The VSH XPress FullFlow XPR21400 is a FullFlow stainless steel ball valve with a press and a union end. The VSH XPress FullFlow valve is a uniquely designed ball valve with a full bore. By using the VSH XPress FullFlow ball valve you are always ensured that the material of your stainless steel piping installation is a direct match with the VSH XPress fittings.

Union couplings should be combined with male threaded counterparts with appropriate support for the seal. Usually this will be parallel (G-)thread. It is not recommended to use parts with male conical (R-)thread, for they usually supply too little support for the flat sealing
  1. check the quality and integrity of theflat sealing. Sealing and support flats must be clean and free of indentations
  2. mount the union on the male thread until hand tight
  3. apply 1/8 to 1/4 turn, using a matching spanner. Over-turning might cause damage to the sealing ring
